The Adjuvancy LLC lets you handle projects that you can not handle in-house due to time or resource constraints.  We provide perspective for your organization, using our experience and expertise to apply to your needs- as and when  you need those skills. 

 

The flexibility of The Adjuvancy LLC role fits well with the transitory and often fast-changing nature of today's business.  We are not traditional consultants, due to our level of commitment.  We are not just consultants. We will be there for an extended period of time; not as a consultant that's just passing through, but for a specific assignment.  We take ownership of the tasks to which we are assigned. The Adjuvancy LLC forms relationships with the staff; it’s not an Us versus Them, but "we’re down in the muck together" kind of attitude.

 

 

 

Our staff is comprised of management gurus, accounting experts, computer "geeks"- oftentimes, all three.  We have certifications from QuickBooks, PCLaw, Amicus, Microsoft, Novell, 3Com, among others.  We have IRS certified experts.  We have advanced degrees (in various subjects)- but most of all, we have EXPERIENCE- more than 20 years for EACH of us!  And, that experience includes the practice of law, as well health care information systems.

 

Finding and hiring a technology consultant that is vendor agnostic isn't easy. There aren't many around, given the fact that fewer than 20% of physicians have EMRs or that lawyers typically use the services of the vendor's consultant.. Also, consultants aren't listed in a single directory and don't have an industry group certifying their expertise.


As a result, professionals typically find consultants through word of mouth from peers, or through exposure consultants gain from speaking at industry conferences, publishing articles or writing books. Some state medical and legal societies can help refer consultants to members, but the associations don't endorse them.


There's plenty of information about technology consultants and consulting companies that can do the basic foundational hardware and things like that- but the trick is to understand the workflow process. One must know how a law firm or medical office works, so that the appropriate technology and equipment is at hand for the professional. And, that is exactly why you need to contact us. 


Company history
 Our firm is young- it is only five years old.  We were spun off from a 35+ year-old firm that provided services to various enterprises.  Our group- now our firm- specializes in dealing with improving the practice of law and medicine - whether that is financial reporting, information management, staff development, case management, or patient information...   To let us devote our efforts to YOUR needs, we were spun off.  We no longer have to accept assignments in areas NOT among our specialties and we can devote our expertise to the improvement of the practice of law and medicine- bottom line, staff development, and information you need for your practice.
